selection of zgraf — zagreb international graphic design triennial 2011
the book brings together more than 300 covers of newspapers and magazines documenting the history of resistance against military dictatorship in Brazil. To better display them, the tabloid size was chosen. The layout tries to show the characteristic of these publications. opening pages are illustrated with letters extracted from the newspapers and magazines themselves. The text is typeset in typewriter typography, which could be found in many of these publications. Designed with Kiko Farkas from Máquina Estúdio.
