The drowse og God

This novel presents characters from different eras whose stories will connect in a surprising way. Their stories develop under the premise that humanity was a failed project. The book starts parodying the myth of Genesis, telling that God fell asleep by the end the creation, leaving humanity unwatched. The cover illustration refers to the painting featured in the novel’s different stories, created by the character known as “the painter from the desert”. This artist lived a long and solitary pilgrimage journey when he painted this tree of life defying the void of the desert. It would be his answer to the question of what is the meaning of existence.
