With great humour, the author narrates the journey of an “inquisitor” who goes around a city pointing out its residents’ faults and sins. The people themselves, in turn, start accusing and criminalizing one another, turning everyday life into an endless ritual of public judgment. The kaleidoscopic cover design seeks to represent this disturbing story filled with complex characters. The pedestrians in the repeated image seem to be immersed in a vicious circle, while the aerial point of view suggests they are being watched by an ubiquitous observer. designed in partnership with kiko farkas from máquina estúdio.
